UC's Rector Visits CARE

Dr. Sánchez made his informal visit along with Dean Dr. Juan Correa, and for almost two hours visited the Department's laboratories, and talked with academics and PhD students about their current work.

One of the places visited was the fourth floor of the Marcoleta building, where the Center for Aging and Regeneration (CARE) is located. Here he was received by Professor Nibaldo Inestrosa who commented: "He looked very happy and comfortable during his visit." The Rector also visited the laboratory of the current Associate Dean of Research and Doctorate Program, Dr. Juan Larraín.
